Red Lake Hospital Expansion and Renovation, Phase 1

Role of Company: Prime Contractor
Funding Agency: Indian Health Service
21,000 square foot addition/renovation, to house (11) unit dental operatory, ophthalmology, audiology, and medical records. Also, re-routing primary electrical feeds, re-routing municipal water supply, 80,000 square foot reroof, replacement of three low pressure steam boilers, replacement of air handling units, 225 HVAC controllers, and remodeling of interior offices. 
Status:  Complete 2011

Red Lake Regional Justice Complex, Phase 2

Role of Company: Construction Manager
Funding Agency: Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians/Bureau of Indian Affairs
20,000 square foot addition to existing Detention Center to house Tribal Courts and Law Enforcement. Included offices, courts rooms, secure storage, main lobby, and secure access throughout.
Status: Completed 2009

Red Lake Hospital Boiler Replacement and Elevator Installation

Prime Contractor
Funding Agency: Indian Health Service
Remove and replace 3 low pressure steam boilers in the existing Red Lake Hospital and install elevator in new Red Lake Hospital Addition.
Status:  Complete December 2010

Red Lake DNR Head house/Greenhouse

Role of Company: Construction Manager
Funding Agency: Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians
Construction of three commercial greenhouse units and associated head house, laboratory and office space.
Status: Completed 2009

Red Lake Supportive Housing 1,
(7 Multiple Site Duplexes)

Role of Company: Prime Contractor
Funding Agency: Housing and Urban Development
Construction of seven (7) duplexes; 3 – Three Bedroom Duplexes (2,168 sf.), 2 – Two Bedroom Duplexes (1,640 sf.), and 2 – One Bedroom Duplexes (1,056 sf.) scattered throughout the Red lake Indian Reservation.
Status: Completed September, 2010

Willow and Cherry Creek Bridge Construction

Role of Company: Prime Contractor
Funding Agency: Cheyenne River Sioux Indian Reservation, South Dakota, BIA
Construction of two bridges, and associate approach roads, crossing the Willow and Cherry creeks on the Cheyenne River Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Including roadway excavation, muck excavation, bridge construction, roadway grading, bituminous paving, erosion control features, such as rip rap, gabions, and turf establishment.
Status: Completed June 2009

Ponemah Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) Facility

Role of Company: Prime Contractor
Funding Agency: Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians
Construction of a Commercial kitchen and dining facility in Ponemah, MN, Red Lake Indian Reservation for the Elderly.  The building consisted of a large dining area, public bathroom, storage/utility room and a commercial kitchen to accommodate over 100 daily meals served.

Veterans Memorial Drive

Funding Agency: Sisseton Wahpeton Sioux Tribe, South Dakota
Road and civil infrastructure construction
Status:  Completed 2010
